President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday directed the incorporation of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.

He also appointed Senator Ifeanyi Araraume chairman of the board, while Mele Kolo Kyari and Umar I. Ajiya are Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively.
