Popular Afrobeats singer, songwriter and author, Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ aka Brymo, has bragged about his musical prowess, saying he is better than ace singer, Burna Boy.
He made this known when he featured on the latest episode of ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ show hosted by skit maker, Bae U Barbie, while responding to a diss in Burna Boy’s freestyle song, where he insinuated that Brymo has “fallen off.”
Prior to this development, the ‘Ara’ crooner had alleged Burna Boy’s ‘City Boys’ and ‘I Told Them’ sampled the title track of his upcoming album, ‘Macabre’.
However, speaking during the chat with Bae U Barbie, Brymo said despite the diss, the ‘Last Last’ crooner cannot match his standard in music.

He said: “Is it [the diss freestyle] not Burna Boy lyrics? But he would like to know that nothing in this world would put his name in my song. He no reach my standard.”
He went on to boast that he is the “finest vocalist” in Africa.
“I’m not proud enough. I’m probably the finest vocalist on the continent. Better than anybody. I’m not thinking. I know this.
“And yeah, even Twitter guys can’t disagree with him despite the hate. You can win an Award, but that doesn’t mean you’re the best man for that award.” he added.
Also speaking on the show, Brymo vowed never to sign for the record labels owned by Wizkid, Davido or Burna Boy, insisting he would rather “go to hell” than sign for them.
He said: “I am the finest vocalist on the continent. I am better than anybody on the continent. I am a etter songwriter, I’m the best.
“I would rather go to hell than sign to Wizkid, Davido or Burna Boy.”
