Justice (Prof) Chuka Obiozor on Thursday disqualified himself from handling the trial of President of the Nigerian Bar Association( NBA) Mr Paul Usoro (SAN) on grounds of personal reasons.
“I have for personal reasons disqualify myself from this case.
“I hereby remit the case file back to the Chief Judge of Federal High Court for re-assignment” the judge ruled.
