The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ebonyi State chapter, will this afternoon know who will fly its flag in the 2023 governorship poll.
This is because the Supreme Court will by 3pm on Wednesday deliver judgment on the dispute over who is the actual governorship candidate of the Party (PDP) in the State for next year’s election.
The court is to decide between Chukwuma Odii Ifeanyi and Senator Joseph Obinna Ogba who should contest the governorship seat on the PDP platform in 2023.
A five-member panel, headed by Justice Amina Augie, announced on Wednesday that the judgment would be rendered by 3pm today after entertaining final submissions from lawyers to parties in the appeal marked: SC/CV/ 939/2022 filed by Chukwuma Odii Ifeanyi.
