The Lagos State Police Command has announced the arrest of Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley.
A short post on the X account of Lagos Police spokesman Benjamin Hundeyin, disclosed that Naira Marley was taken into custody for interrogation and investigation over the circumstances leading to the death of his former signee, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly. Kown as Mohbad.
The post read: “Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley has been taken into custody for interrogation and other investigation activities…”
The police had earlier arrested music promoter, Sam Larry, over his role in the bully and harassment of Mohbad while he was alive as seen in several videos on social media.
