Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ademola Adeleke, has won 17 local governments out of the 30 in the Osun governorship election.
After announcing results from the 30 local government areas of Osun State, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is comfortably leading the race.
The main opposition party won 17 local governments out of the 30 local councils of the state. While APC won 13.
The collation exercise, which commenced in the early hours of Sunday, is ongoing at the INEC office in Osogbo, the state capital.
