The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Iyorchia Ayu, has been ordered not to parade himself any longer in that capacity until the determination of a suit filed against him.

A High Court in Makurdi, Benue State issued the interim injunction restraining Ayu from parading himself as the National Chairman of the PDP.

The presiding judge, Justice W.I. Kpochi gave the interim order on Monday in suit No. MHC/85/2023 filed at the court by Engr Conrad Terhide Utaan with Ayu and the PDP as defendants.
