With both Nigeria and Senegal tied at three points each, tonight’s match at the Accra Sports Stadium at 8 pm holds significant importance as victory for either side guarantees a spot in the semi-finals.

Bosso, while acknowledging the challenges posed by Senegal, emphasized the necessity for his players to rectify their shortcomings, particularly in converting scoring opportunities.
“Senegal are beatable, and I have no doubt about that,” Bosso affirmed. “The more time we spend together, the better the team will get. We will continue to work towards building a team that everyone will be proud of against Senegal.”
Reflecting on the hard-fought victory against South Sudan, Ladan Bosso emphasized its significance as a morale booster for the upcoming match against Senegal.
“The three points we got against South Sudan was like a motivating factor because we would have been bundled out of the tournament if we had lost that game,” he added, highlighting the importance of maintaining momentum in the tournament.
As the Flying Eagles gear up for their decisive clash with Senegal, Bosso’s unwavering confidence and strategic approach underscore Nigeria’s determination to advance in the competition.
