Maureen Esisi, the estranged wife of Nollywood star, Blossom Chukwujekwu, has claimed she would have been a mother of two by now had she married someone else.

She made this known while featuring on the ‘The House Chronicles’ podcast, where she also said she regretted walking down the aisle with the thespian.

The fashion designer went on to describe the five years of her marriage to Blossom as “wasted years”.

Speaking during the interview, Esisi said, “I regret marrying him [Blossom Chukwujekwu]. It was wasted years. Five years of my life, that’s a lot. I would have married somebody else and probably had two kids by now.

“I wished I had kids. Because trying to have kids now is just scary and annoying. I’m currently working on having kids. I don’t know how it’s going to happen but I must get pregnant this year.”

TheNiche had earlier reported that Maureen Esisi during a recent chat insisted she is still legally married to the actor.

Despite this, Bloosom Chukwujekwu got married to Pastor Ehinome, at Christ Embassy in June 2022, three years after his marriage to Esisi crashed.

Speaking after his ex-husband remarried, Maureen insisted that the actor was the one who “walked away,” stressing that for her “divorce wasn’t an option”.
