Daughter of former senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Grace Bent, and single mother of one, Jackie B, has said being her mum’s daughter should not be a barrier to her career.
The interior decorator has maintained in all her media rounds that she went into the TV reality show to build her brand and her affluence background should not be an impediment.
A lot of fans of the show have critised her rich background, saying the show should be exclusively for Nigerians from humble beginning.
But the 28-year-old will have non of that, as far as she is concerned, the show is an oppourtunity for young Nigerians irrespective of his or her background to showcase their talent and move on to higher stages in future.
She was recently praised by JayPaul’s mum, who described her as beautiful and well behaved, as such she is proud to be associated with her.
Her own mother , Senator Bent , has equally prayed for her after her eviction and eulogized her for preserving their family name, despite the pressure in the house and leaving the show with her head held high.
