Nollywood actress and BBNaija season 5 ex-housemate, Erica Nlewedim, better know as Erica, has been named the Twitter influencer of the year after being voted for by the public in an award organized by Pulse Nigeria.
She took to her instagram page to make this known to the public and thanked Pulse Nigeria for the award, while also thanking her fan for making it happen.
Accroding to her, Elites as her fans are known made the winning happen, they achieved the feat by making her tweet trend with over 1 million tweets twice and they also made it a Twitter topic.
“Thank you so much @pulsenigeria247 for this award! This award is for my beautiful fans! We did it! You trended my name so many times, we trended one million tweets twice! It’s not easy! I’m also a Twitter topic! It’s not easy together we have so many bragging rights! I just want to let you know I love and appreciate everyone of you Elites! Thank you!” she wrote.
Erica participated in BBNaija season 5 and was romantically entangled with Kiddwaya, the son of Nigeria businessman, Terry Waya, she was however disqualified from the show, after she was issued a final strike for attacking the eventual winner, Laycon.
The 27-year-old, who is an only child has since gone back to acting and modelling, after her participation in Big Brother Nigeria season 5 “Lockdown” edition .
