Former All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman Adams Oshiomhole says Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has no moral standing to advocate national unity as he cannot manage even his household.
“You [Atiku] can’t manage your household, you are a serial divorcee and you want to preach unity and family to me?” Oshiomhole fired off on Channels Television.
The former Edo Governor now gunning for the Senate described Atiku is a “serial betrayer” and the “weakest” of all the frontline presidential candidates.
Oshiomhole, APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) Deputy Director General, insisted Atiku is the “weakest link right now among the three leading candidates”, including Bola Tinubu and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP).
He dismissed Atiku as lacking character and consistency having gyrated since 1999 from the PDP to the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), back to the PDP, and to the APC, and again back to the PDP.

Question of character
“For Atiku, if he is not the candidate, he takes a flight to Dubai. But you are talking of someone [Tinubu] who upon leaving office, supported his wife rather than himself, talks of selfless service and gender equality.
“It speaks to character. When you have a sense of belief, you cannot be jumping from one party to the other every other election,” Oshiomhole said, per Vanguard.
Atiku’s ambition is just about himself and not about Nigeria, he charged, adding Atiku cannot be trusted as echoed by aggrieved PDP Governors known as the G5 or the Integrity Group.
