Arsenal blew away La Liga club, Sevilla with a devastating first-half performance in the Emirates Cup tie played on Saturday afternoon in north London.
The home side opened the scoring in the 10th minute when Bulayo Saka put away a penalty after the referee pointed to the spot for a foul on him by Karim Rekik.
Gabriel Jesus then helped himself to two goals in the space of just 60 seconds, scoring in the 13th and 15th minutes to make it 3-0 to the Gunners

Saka netted again in the 19th minute to make it four goals in just nine minutes to Arsenal from a combination of relentless high pressing and woeful play from Sevilla’s goalkeeper, Yassine Bounou
It could have been worse if Mikel Arteta’s side took advantage of the plenty of chances they created, with Brazilian duo Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli in particular, looking sharp.
Shellshocked Sevilla attempted to mount some sort of response after the break, apparently with a few stern half-time words ringing in their ears from manager Julen Lopetegui.
But it was Arsenal who registered two more goals, with Gabriel Jesus
scoring in the 77th minute and making it a hatrick, while Edward Nketiah also got on the score sheet in the 88th minute.
It was an utterly ruthless showing from the Gunners, who rounded off an impressive pre-season campaign with an emphatic win to clinch the Emirates Cup.
Arsenal, who look more than ready to hit the ground running this season, will play Crystal Palace away from home on Friday night in a Premier League curtain-raiser.
