Edu became amused after a fan urged him to slide into Mbappe’s DM after rumours of signing him emerged

Arsenal sporting director, Edu Gaspar, has dismissed news that the north London club are in the transfer market to sign France international striker, Kylian Mbappe.
The Paris Saint-Germain star has made it clear to the French giants that he will not be renewing his contract when it expires in the summer of 2024.
This means the 2-year-old could walk out as a free agent next summer if the Parisians fail to find a buyer in the ongoing transfer and the January window.

Other reports have also suggested that Arsenal, who have already secured the services of Kai Havertz and are close to signing West Ham’s Declan Rice and Ajax’s Jurrien Timber are trying to add Mbappe to their squad in 2024.
The rumours further intensified after the Frenchman was seen hanging out with Gunners striker Folarin Balogun, who was on loan in France last season.
Taking to social media after the news made the rounds, one fan wrote on Instagram: “Edu will really be sliding into Mbappe’s DMs soon.”
Responding to the post, the Arsenal sporting director found the question hilarious and replied by leaving five laughing emojis under the post.
