Arsenal travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace in a London derby after the international break and two Ghana players will go head to head in the match

Arsenal and Crystal Palace, have sent congratulatory messages to the Black Stars and two of their players, Thomas Partey and Jordan Ayew after qualifying for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Ghana drew with the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Moshood Abiola Stadium on Tuesday night to qualify on away goal rule for this year’s World Cup.
The visitors had played a goalless draw against Nigeria in the first leg at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi last Friday.

During Tuesday’s encounter, Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey scored for Ghana, while Eagles vice-captain, William Troost Ekong equalized for Nigeria via a spot-kick, and the match ended in a draw after full time.
Two London-based Premier League clubs, Arsenal and Crystal Palace whose players were among the Ghanaians that picked the World Cup ticket, congratulated their players and their country after the match.
Reacting, Arsenal, in a tweet via its Twitter handle, wrote: “Scores a crucial goal. Qualifies for the World Cup Congratulations @Thomaspartey22 and #TeamGhana.”
Similarly, Crystal Palace tweeted: “Jordan Ayew and Ghana are heading to the 2022 World Cup. They qualify after beating Nigeria over two legs”
Coincidentally, Thomas Partey and Jordan Ayew will resume hostility in the Premier League over the weekend, as Arsenal travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace in a London derby after the international break.
