Earlier in her valedictory speech, the outgoing Chairman of PCRC Kirikiri Division, Chief Mrs Stella Obi thanked the Division for the immense support and contributions given to her throughout her tenure.

She outlined the achievements recorded by the Division, the challenges encountered and assistance by corporate members/companies
She appreciated the voluntary work, donations, payment of dues, regular contributions and selfless services by members.

“PCRC is a selfless service where you give without expecting anything in return. Very few Nigerians have this kind of spirit.
There has been noticeable drop in membership despite orchestrated efforts in sensitization and membership drive. The situation is made worse by non recognition of PCRC on esprit-de-corps basis by Rank and File officers and also the dwindling economic downturn ” she expressed.
