APC wins all NASS seats in Kebbi

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won all the three Senatorial and eight Federal Constituency seats in Kebbi state in the March 28 elections.

 

 

This is contained in a statement issued by Mr Abdullahi Kebbi, the INEC’s Public Affairs Officer in the state on Friday.

 

 

The statement said that Dr Yahaya Abdullahi, Sen. Adamu Aliero and Bala Na’Allah, all of the APC, won the Kebbi North, Central and South elections, respectively.

 

 

It said that winners of the eight Federal Constituencies are Dr Hussaini Kangiwa (Arewa/Dandi), Munir Mohammed (Argungu/Augie), Abdullahi Hassan (Bagudo/Suru) and Abdullahi Faruk (Birnin Kebbi/Bunza/Kalgo).

 

 

Others are Muhammed Jega (Aliero/Gwandu/Jega), Salisu Koko (Maiyama/Koko-Besse), Alhaji Aliyu Danladi (Fakai/Sakaba/Danko-Wasagu/Zuru) and Muhammed Dantani (Ngaski/Shanga,Yauri).

 

 

The statement, however, did not give number of votes scored by the respective winners and other candidates and the parties that lost in the election.
