General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Enoch Adeboye, has prophesied that other Christians will bow for members of his church.
In a viral video on X, formerly Twitter, Adeboye said: “I decree in the name that is above every other name, Christians from every other denominations will bow before you.”
Adeboye’s prophesy was hinged on a Bible passage, 2 Kings 2:15 which he quoted to prelude his ‘decree.’
The passage reads: “And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, the spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.”
Adeboye’s prophesy has elicited anger from netizens who wonder why the pastor has been making controversial remarks lately.

@Demi_alade said: “Christ prayed earnestly in John chapter 17 that His church will be ONE BODY. It was His utmost cry and request to His father before His crucifixion. Redeemed is not superior to any other denomination because it is one body. Lord, please raise men that will speak for THE CHURCH.”
