Super Eagles assistant coach, Emmanuel Amuneke has revealed the extent of the injury sustained by Villarreal winger, Samuel Chukwueze, who may not be fit enough for the crucial 2022 World Cup second leg clash against Ghana in Abuja.

The medical team has continued to sweat over the fitness of the winger, who sat out of training for the second day running on Sunday, March 27.

Chukwueze was with other members of the team at the National Stadium in Abuja but didn’t take part in training, putting his availability for the encounter against the Black Stars in doubt on Tuesday.
