American singer and songwriter, Enisa Nikaj, known professionally as Enisa, seems to have incurred the wrath of Nigerians after unfollowing ace Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke aka Davido.

The ‘Electricity’ crooner featured on the remix of her song ‘Love Cycle’ in 2021, to help her connect with fans in Nigeria.

Apart from this, Nigerian social media influencers, Smallie and Dapsy also helped Enisa to promote her music among music lovers in Nigeria.

However, the American a few years after receiving help from Davido unfollowed the record label owner on X.

Following her decision, she lost over 12,000 followers in less than 24 hours on the social media platform.

A thorough check on her handle on Friday, showed that her followers have reduced from 821.9k to 809.3k.

In 2015, Enisa began performing cover songs to artistes such as David Guetta and Sia, Hozier, Justin Timberlake and Adele.

However, in September 2016, she released her debut single “Burn This Bridge” and followed it up with a music video the same year.

She then sent tongues wagging on social media in 2022, after she was announced as one of the contestants representing New York state, in the “American Song Contest”, only to state a few months later via a tweet that she was supposed to be representing Montenegro in the “Eurovision Song Contest”.
