Nigerian actor, Alexx Ekubo has joined the growing list of thespians and celebrities who have congratulated his colleague, IK Ogbonna after bagging an honorary doctorate degree.
Ogbonna recently announced that he was awarded a Doctorate Degree of Arts in Leadership and Development by the Institute Suprereur of Technologies Et De Management in Cotonou, Benin Republic.
The 45-year-old made this known via a post on his verified Instagram page, where he said he was highly honoured to have been found worthy of a doctorate degree.
Ogbonna wrote, “Introducing Dr (Hon) IKECHUKWU MITCHEL OGBONNA. Thanks to the governing council of INSTITUT SUPERIEUR DE TECHNOLOGIES ET DE MANAGEMENT (ISTM UNIVERSITY) for conferring on me Doctorate (Honorary) Degree in Arts in leadership and Development,”

His good friend and Nollywood colleague, Alexx Ekubo, a few hours after Ogbonna posted the good news, took to his Instagram page to celebrate the father of two.
He wished him well and welcomed him to the club of thespians who are doctorate degree holders.
“Congrats @ikogbonna on your honorary doctorate in leadership & development from the Institute Suprereur De Technologies Et De Management (ISTM UNIVERSITY). May we keep winning & achieving my fellow honorary doctor.” he wrote.
Alexx Ekubo bagged his honorary doctorate degree from the Institut Supérieur de Communication et de Geston (ISCG UNIVERSITY) in Cotonou, Benin, a few days after his ex-girlfriend confirmed the cancellation of their wedding.
