Aisha Yesufu says Obi’s high winning chances will soon attract ‘the usual Nigerian politicians’ into Labour Party

Yesufu wrote, “As it becomes more and more glaring that Peter Obi will win this election by the grace of God, the usual politicians will decamp and join him. They are all welcome.”

The fold of the Labour Party will soon swell with the ranks of the ‘usual’ Nigerian politicians who go to where their bread can easily be buttered. 

Aisha Yesufu, a fierce supporter of Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, said Nigerians would soon begin to see  the typical Nigerian politicians decamping to join Peter Obi, because it’s glaring he would win the forthcoming presidential election.

Yesufu also said those politicians would be welcomed into the Labour Party fold when they come.

The statement was contained in a post via her verified Twitter handle.

The social critic is a known strong supporter of Obi.

She said that good governance and accountability is what Nigerians expect from Obi’s government.

She wrote, “As it becomes more and more glaring that Peter Obi will win this election by the grace of God, the usual politicians will decamp and join him. They are all welcome.

“Good governance, accountability and transparency is what Nigeria expects from his government. Nothing less!”
