Human rights activist and social media influencer, Aisha Yesufu has knocked the Governor Godwin Obaseki-led administration for failing to tackle the security crisis facing Edo State.

Her criticism followed the recent killing of a female farmer in the state by unknown assailants.

She went on to accuse the Edo State government of being distracted with policies that “can be deciphered by experts”.

Expressing her anger on her social media page, she tweeted: “Most of the women in Etsako West no longer go to farms for fear of being raped or killed. Abductions on the farms are on the high.

“Men that now go to farms face abduction yet the Edo State Government is busy on policies that can be deciphered by experts.”
