Former Manchester City forward, Sergio Aguero has said contrary to the belief that Premier League (PL) leaders, Arsenal will fall off easily, they have a deep squad and what it takes to win the league this season.
Aguero also argued that it was too early to rule Liverpool out of the title race, insisting the Reds can still challenge for the trophy this season despite their poor start.
Arsenal have 34 points from 13 games and have won 11 of their 13 Premier League matches this season, looking like the only team ready to go toe to toe with Man City this season.
However, even though the Gunners still lead Pep Guardiola’s Man City by two points with a match to go into the World Cup break, there is a feeling that they will still fall away.

He said: “Arsenal have had a great performance in this stretch.
“Arsenal have a deep squad. More than anything…they are hungry for triumphs.
“So I don’t think Arsenal have a short squad.”
He went on to say despite Liverpool’s poor start to the season, the Merseyside club are still in with a shout, as the league title is still within their reach.
“Nothing should be taken for granted [in the Premier League]…even more so with a team like Liverpool,” he added.
