Ahead of 2023 general election, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last Bye-election in Akure Federal Constituency, Barrister Olumuyiwa Adu has promised to provide qualitative representation for the benefit of his constituency if elected in the forthcoming poll.
Olumuyiwa Adu who made this known while addressing his supporters in Akure, the Ondo state capital said that his decision to represent the people of Akure South and Akure North Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber was informed by the need to make positive impact on the fortune of his constituency
According to him, he believes strongly that his experiences and skills would be deployed to serve the people of the area meritoriously.

“I will sponsor bills and contribute to legislation that will benefit my constituents, strengthen democracy and add value to governance,” he said.
Olumuyiwa Adu stressed, “I am aware of the challenges facing my people as they are yearning for rapid development and I am assuring that I will surely deliver to them the dividends of democracy.
“I will redefine representation in Akure Federal Constituency South so that my people will enjoy the benefits of democracy and good representations, because my representation at the Green Chamber will be selfless, robust and effective,”he added.
