Jaiye Kuti said rumours that she was dating Pasuma emanated when he featured in one of her movies titled ‘Jaiyeola Monje’

Nollywood actress, Jaiye Kuti, has refuted an alleged romantic relationship with popular Fuji singer, Wasiu Alabi Ajibola, better known as Pasuma Wonder.
According to the thespian, who features most in Yoruba films, the viral social media news that she had divorced her husband and started a romantic affair with the Fuji star is a lie.
Speaking recently during an interview with BBC Yoruba, Jaiye Kuti refuted the claims, saying all they had was a professional relationship.
She went on to state that rumours that she was dating Pasuma emanated when the duo acted as a couple and gave birth to a child in one of her movies titled ‘Jaiyeola Monje’.

The 50-year-old actress also said her wedding with the singer in the movie which always pop up on social media prompted many fans to think the union was real.
She denied any romantic relationship with the artiste, insisting she is happily married with children.
Kuti said: “The viral pictures used in speculating the alleged affair were from the movie and they frequently pop up on Google when they search about me.
“Our relationship is mutual. There was never a romantic affair with Pasuma. I’m happily married with kids,”
