Yusuf Olorungbebe, who features in Yoruba movies reportedly passed on after battling a chronic ailment

Yusuf Olorungbebe has passed on
TheNiche learnt the Yoruba actor reportedly gave up the ghost on Tuesday, August 27, after battling a chronic ailment for a few months.
He had earlier asked governments at all levels and his colleagues in the entertainment industry to come to his rescue, saying he needed millions of Naira to recover.
His demise was, however, confirmed on Wednesday morning by popular actress, Foluke Daramola on her Instagram page.

She wrote, ”We lost YUSUF OLORUNGBEBE.
”We submit to God’s will.”
Prior to the confirmation of his death, Daramola had a few days ago
called on Nigerians to rally round and offer financial support to the movie maker due to his failing health.
”l’m here again to plea on behalf of my very esteemed colleague and production manager, Mr Yusuf Olorungbebe, this is his state as of today presently on life support. Please no amount is too small for him to live, your support will go a very long way in helping us thanks so much everyone,” she wrote.
