Jigan claimed singer, Mohbad, aimed a dig at him in his latest song, “Ask About Me”, which will be released on Friday, April 14

Nollywood actor, Abimbola Kazeem better known as Jigan Babaoja has threatened to take legal action against singer, Mohbad, for aiming a dig at him in his soon-to-be-released song, “Ask About Me”.
Jigan took to social media to share a video of him and a friend listening to the snippet of the song which will be released on Friday, April 14, in his car.
The comic actor, who features n Yoruba films in the video, expressed surprise after listening to a part of the lyrics where the former Marlian act mocked his disability.
Reacting to the song, Jigan threatened to file a N100m lawsuit against Mohbad, claiming his action will serve as a deterrent to other singers.
He wrote: “I am taking this up against @iammohbad and I am going to charge him 100 million! This will sound as a big lesson to others!”

After the video, where Jigan threatened to make a scapegoat of Mohbad made the rounds, it stirred different reactions.
Popular Nigerian dancer, Poco Lee wrote: “E dey sweet jigan lowkey just dance to the songs.”
An IG year, oladipsoflife said: “You Just Dey Collect Left And Right And Centre.”

Another netizen, brezzidentjosh: said “Alaye calm down nothing go sup jare, because leg dey pain you and because you give yourself a self acclaimed name: jigan doesn’t mean people won’t talk or sing about it, just vibe along and gboju.*
While sunkanmi_omobolanle wrote: “Best lyrics .. temrege bi Jigan shebi you say you mad ni @jiganbabaoja.”
The development comes days after Mercy Chinwo threatened a N2 billion lawsuit against upcoming singer Obidiz, for illegally using her face and name in one of his songs.
