Jide Kosoko while defending President Tinubu also argued that fixing a battered economy is not such an easy task

Ace actor, Jide Kosoko said he does not regret voting for Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, insisting he is “doing very well.”
The veteran Nollywood thespian made this known while featuring on the latest episode of ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ hosted by popular content creator, Bae U Barbie.
According to Kosoko, fixing a battered economy like that of Nigeria is not such an easy task.
Asked by the host if he thinks people who voted for Tinubu should be bullied, he replied: “That is their own business. Their own cup of tea. I am entitled to my opinion. I love the man I voted for. And I know he is doing well.”

Kosoko added, “He (Tinubu) is doing well. If only you know how repairing things are, you will understand that he is doing very well.”
On why he voted for Tinubu, the actor said, “I voted for him because I have known him for a long time. And I have seen quite a lot of his contributions to nation building.
“You cannot even talk about this present democracy that we are all enjoying without saying Tinubu’s name among the people that struggled for us to have it.”
