The report added that though she appeared lifeless on the floor, she was quickly carried up and rushed inside one of the offices on the third floor of the court by some officials of the NDLEA and lawyers.

The report indicated that as of 11.07 am, efforts were still on to secure an inhaler for her after one of the women who accompanies her to the court, disclosed that the lady was asthmatic.

Abba Kyari applied for bail on the ground that he is diabetic. But the NDLEA, in dismissing the claim, told the court that Kyari, who hitherto headed the Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT), would escape from the country and make himself unavailable for trial if granted bail.
