BREAKING: UBA appoints Kennedy Uzoka as new GMD, removes Oduoza

The board of United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) at its meeting Tuesday, March 1, 2016 made two significant changes in its top executives.  No reason was given for the changes.

Mr Kennedy Uzoka has been appointed the Group Managing Director/CEO of the bank with retrospectve effect from August 1, 2006, subject to the approval of the CBN.

Also,   Mr Victor Osadolor has been appointed the Deputy Managing Director subject to the approval of the CBN.

An insider of the bank has notified the CEO of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) of this removal and replacements.
