The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has fixed March 10 as the date to resume the trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki.
The apex court on February 5 directed the Senate President to go and answer the charges against him at CCT.
Saraki was arraigned before CCT last year on 13 counts of false declaration of assets.
Proceedings in the case were put on hold by an appeal Saraki filed at the Supreme Court to challenge the tribunal’s jurisdiction which was dismissed recently.
